What is Media Arts?

Media arts is any artwork that is designed and produced using new media technologies, such as digital art, virtual art, interactive art, Internet art, sound art, computer animation, computer graphics, 3D printing, robotics, and video games. It is basically all the technological artwork we see today. Images, videos, audio, and text that are being spread at such a powerful rate through modern technologies such as the Internet, social media, and smartphone are all under media arts.

There are hundreds of things under the label 'Media Arts', and they include:
